Wallpaper - Please read instructions carefully.     

Prepasted Papers and Borders-  We suggest testing a section first.  Some prepasted papers have plenty of paste and sometimes they do not have quite enough.  If the test section does not seem to have much paste, purchase some clear adhesive.  You can water it down some and add to the back instead of dipping in water, then continue as instructions say.  This is only for vinyl prepasted papers. 

Lightly Textured Walls - Wallpapers and borders are made to hang on completely smooth walls but we know people hang them on lightly textured walls.  Sometimes this works fine, sometimes it does not.  Adding paste to the wall before hanging each strip helps.

Unpasted Papers -  Read instructions carefully as to what kind of paste to buy and how to use it.

Defective Paper - In starting to hang a paper or mural and you notice a defect in it, stop and call us.  If the entire order is hung the manufacturer will not issure a refund.  Also please be aware not having enough paste on prepasted papers is not considered a defect so please check a section first.

Murals - Murals come in different forms.  They come prepasted, with paste included and without paste.  It is very important to read all instructions carefully before hanging murals because they are not all hung the same.  Murals are also made to be hung on completely smooth walls.  We have found if someone was going to hang over very lightly textured walls that pasting the wall first with a clear adhesive first before hanging each section helps and be aware some texture may show through!  Be sure to read instructions as far as how much to overlap sections.

Peel and Sticks -  All peel and sticks require a completely smooth surface and will not adhere to any kind of texture.
