Returns of Wallpaper In the continental  US -  Unopened wallpaper can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.  For designer patterns such as Ralph Lauren please call for call tag number and there is a 25% restocking fee..  Cut single rolls cannot be returned.

Orders placed outside the US including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico-  Will ship by Express mail and takes 2-4 weeks delivery time.  Canadian customers can choose UPS. There will be customs fees charged by your country.  Unopened paper can be sent back within 60 days at your expense for a refund.  Defective paper can be refunded but not replaced as we will not be reimbursed by the manufacturer for overseas shipping.  Please be aware we will contact you with tracking information of an order and keep you updated.  If the package is returned to us due to unanswered and unsuccessful attempts to contact you, we can credit you for the material but not for the shipping.

Defective wallpaper -  If a defect in a wallpaper is noticed stop hanging and please call us.  Refunds cannot be givin if all of the paper has been installed. 

Murals - Unused murals in original packaging can be returned within 60 days.  

Samples - Samples ship by mail and take 7-10 business day for delivery and are not returnable.

Peel and Sticks -  Peel and Stick items require a completely smooth surface.

Fabric -  Cut yardage is not returnable, please order a sample first to confirm color.

Canvas Art - Returnable within 60 days in original packaging.

 Tapestries and Throws - Returnable in original packaging within 60 days.
