Orders Placed Outside the Continental US including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska- If you are placing an order and it is shipping out of the continental US, we must quote you shipping charges.  We will need to quote you shipping and email you an invoice.  **Also, please be aware there will be taxes added by your country's customs that we cannot control and we do state the value low to keep the charges down..  We prefer to use Express mail because it is trackable and insured. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  Returns - If you have overage that needs to be returned there will be at 25% restockiing fee and you will be required to pay the shipping.  Defective wallpaper -  If the paper has a defect, we will ask for you to mail samples to us for a full refund.  We will not be able to replace the paper as the manufacturer will not reimburse us for the shipping cost overseas but we will credit you in full for the material only once we receive the sample.

Wallpaper In the US -  Unopened wallpaper can be returned within 60 days for a full refund.  For designer patterns such as Ralph Lauren and Thibaut please call for call tag number and there is a 25% restocking fee..  Cut single rolls cannot be returned.

Defective wallpaper -  If a defect in a wallpaper is noticed stop hanging and please call us.  Refunds cannot be givin if all of the paper has been installed. 

Hanging Murals -  The walls must be smooth with no texture.   Please read instructions carefully before hanging.  Some companies say to coat the wall with primer and others say to coat with 2 coats of flat latex paint before hanging.   This ensures an even surface for the mural to adhere to making it easier to hang and remove later on. When hanging murals without paste included use clear, non staining adhesive and follow manufactures instructions carefully.  Most all manufacturers say to overlap all seams 1/4" for shrinkage when drying

Art on Canvas -  The art on canvas cannot be returned as they are made to order but the prints are returnable so if unsure of the item you can order the print first and then return it.

Samples - Samples ship by mail and take 7-10 business day for delivery and are not returnable.

Backorders - Because of the huge selection of wallpapers and borders, there will be items on backorder.  We will notify you in you sales receipt if your order is on backorder and you may cancel at any time.  These dates are approximate and not guaranteed.  In the wallpaper business orders have to be paid in full for an order to be placed even if on backorder.

Peel and Sticks -  Peel and Stick items require a completely smooth surface.

Room Decor - All room decor items can be returned unused within 60 days.
