Free shipping -  Normal free shipping to anywhere in the Continental US is 5-7 business days.  There are options for 2nd and Next day air in the shipping options when checking out.  Those orders need to be placed by 12:00pm central time for them to ship out the day of the order.   Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer to you by UPS.

Shipping confirmations -  We email shipping confirmations within 24-48 hours from receipt of order excluding weekends and holidays.  We place most orders directly with the manufacturer and some take a few hours to get back with us.  Please watch for your confirmation, some go in junk or spam mail.  Once you have received your confirmation, please open and review the shipping address and shipping information.

Samples -  Sample orders take 7-10 business days by regular mail.   Orders with multiple samples may ship from different locations.  We will confirm this in your email.

International Orders including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii -  Delivery time is 2-4 weeks by express mail. Canadian orders can choose to ship by UPS. You can view the cost in the shipping options after you enter your address and before you pay for your order.  Your order will ship to us first from the manufacturer.  We will email you when your order ships with a tracking number. Track your package withing 1-2 weeks with your local postal service. Please be aware we will contact you with tracking information and keep you updated.  If the package is returned to us due to unanswered and unsuccessful attempts to contact you, we can credit you for the material but not for the shipping cost.
Please be aware there will be customs fees charged by your country that you are responsible for.
